Using the blogs module you can create multiple blogs that web site visitors can comment on.  When using this module:

• You can  set the comment function which can be enabled or disabled.
• You can specify if comments must be approved before being displayed on the web site. If approval is required, once a visitor posts a comment you will receive a notification e-mail. 
• You can specify the number of articles to be displayed on each page.
• You can select if you want to display partial article or full article on the main page.
• Old blogs are automatically archived by year.
• Comments form is protected by CAPTCHA to keep spammers from submitting comments.
