Global Reach is committed to providing the highest level of support to our clients, during the implementation of each project and after the launch of the website.  We will assign a team of employees ready to carry out your project with professionalism and confidence.  This team is comprised of members from the following departments: project management, graphic design, and programming.

Project Management
Your assigned project manager will create a detailed timeline, coordinate Global Reach activities, provide you with progress updates, and direct the project's execution.  The project manager will also help integrate your SiteViz website into current business operations, by offering training and suggestions on how to organize the new content.

Graphic Design
Understanding the importance of brand and aesthetic consistency, our creative director will work with you to create a web design that is commensurate with your company's image and objectives.

Support
After the website is created, you will be trained on how to manage its content using SiteViz's page authoring tools.  At your convenience, Global Reach can accommodate you via the web or through an on-site session at your office.  Additionally, Global Reach will provide you with a user's manual and online video tutorials that include helpful step-by-step instructions for each SiteViz function.
