Customers can save their favorite products to a Wishlist with easy access for later use.
It is important for the shopping process to be seamless. Accidents happen, if a customer closes their browser by a mistake their cart will not be lost and will be restored after re-opening the website.
Customers can add a review directly to a product listing. In order to eliminate spam reviews, they must be first approved by a website administrator. Reviews are displayed in an information tab directly below a product.
Provide multiple shipping options at checkout and allow your customers to select their preferred method of shipping. You can even provide the option for a customer to be able to select their preferred date of delivery.
Give More While Doing Less
The faceted search dynamically filters based on product details. Help your customers find exactly what they are looking for.
When questions are enabled, a customer can submit one directly from the product page. These questions will be emailed to an administrator along with the associated product details. You may also add frequently asked questions in this tab and provide instant information to customers.
Set up an automatic email to be sent out for all orders or just those with reviewable products. These will be sent out once an order has been shipped, reminding customers to leave a review on your website!
When defining customer registration steps, provide the option to subscribe to your newsletters.
View orders specific to a customer under their account information. From this page, you will have the ability to print receipts for any or all orders selected from the list.
Special Settings
The Customers module allows the management of all customer accounts that have either been created by someone who registered as a customer on the website or was manually added into the system by an administrator.
Assign customers to pricing groups to meet any of your requirements for discounts.
Every storefront is different. If you choose to require customers to log in before making any purchases or viewing the price of a product, then purchases may be marked as restricted. In this case, you may also require users to be approved before they can make a customer account.
