E-Commerce Reports
The E-Commerce Reports module contains several built-in reports which will provide you with quick snapshots of your online store’s performance. Get results by Product, Category, and by Region. In addition, an Abandoned Carts report function provides insight into how many customers abandon their shopping carts.
Easy Access Reporting
Utilizing the reports section lets you track sales over time with many filtering options. Easily find areas of improvement by analyzing the graphical results.
The sales report, sales by product, sales by category, and sales by region are reports that we have included in the E-Commerce solution. These graphical reports provide quick snapshots of an online store’s performance with key details.
The promotions report works to track the success of any promotional efforts. Filter by date to show each one used in a specific timeframe. The total discounts and total revenue generated from each of the promotions are shown concisely in a report.
A Step Above the Rest
An abandoned carts report provides an excellent view into how many customers begin their shopping experience but may abandon the process for various reasons. This report allows you to monitor and track such activity at each step of the ordering process.
The shipping cost report compares the actual shipping cost to the estimated cost determined at the time of order.
Adjust reporting period to reflect your business fiscal year. Order statistics and top-performing products are presented in the overview section.
