As part of your fulfillment process, orders can be reviewed and processed by simply selecting an order and changing the status to “shipped.” In addition, an order export tool can be utilized to export orders from the shopping cart platform and import them directly into your accounting system.
An Order System Fit to Match Your Process
There are a variety of ways to search for an order. Narrow down the list by sorting by website, date, or order status. Get more specific by entering the order number, customer, tracking number, or even keywords to sort orders.
It is important that your system matches your operational processes. That is why SiteViz allows you to set custom order statuses. Not only does this make an easy transition for your staff, but it also streamlines your organization's processes.
Internal notes may be added to any order. These notes will display when printed internally, but will never show up on the customer’s receipt.
Hover over the print icon to preview the last updates that were made to the order or its status. This saves you time since the order does not need to be opened to view status details.
Orders may be manually added or edited from the admin area. To add a manual order, you will select a customer and add the requested list of products, similarly to the front-end experience.
Quick Updates and Packing Slips
Updating the order system is supposed to be quick and easy. SiteViz has quick buttons to capture funds, issue refunds, change status, ship products, or even resend invoices directly on the order detail page.
From the order detail page, you can quickly make order adjustments such as cost changes, or changes to shipping and payment information.
You may print receipts or packing slips for any orders in the order history. Orders are selected in bulk by clicking on the checkbox found to the left of the order. If you would like to select all visible orders, then click the checkbox located in the top row with column titles. SiteViz will copy the information directly from the order form to ensure there are no errors in transferring the information.
