Administrators can create and add popular links to the specified Quick Links category in order for them to be displayed on the homepage of the intranet and extranet websites.
Set up and manage important announcements for your organization. These announcements can be displayed within the header area of your website and can be easily turned on or off. This feature is great for notifying employees of weather-related closures, last-minute meetings, and more.
Keep Employees Engaged
Celebrate your employees’ birthdays and anniversaries by drawing attention to them on the intranet dashboard. When building a profile for a staff member, you may enter their birth date and date of hire. When the date rolls around, the staff member will be featured on the intranet dashboard.
Highlight upcoming important information to employees using the Spotlight module. Upload an image and associate a message or link to provide more information. A Spotlight section can be created on the dashboard, or on an inside page of the intranet website.
Intranet users can view weather information from the home feed of their intranet website. Weather information is fed straight to a content box conveniently located on the homepage of the intranet website. Through this weather region, members can view current weather conditions and expected forecasts at a glance, personalized to the user’s zip code.
