Kudos
The kudos/compliments section of the intranet will display a list of kudos/compliments that have been assigned to employees. Staff members will be able to add kudos, which will then need to be approved by website administrators.

Use Kudos to jumpstart employee engagement. This is a great place for users to post an encouraging note of recognition.
To post a celebratory note, all you’ll need to do is add a title and message, then tag related users. Upon submission, it is added to the Kudo board and the tagged users will receive a notification.
Build a positive company-wide culture. Once a Kudo is posted, other users may leave comments to show their additional support.
Once a comment has been submitted, the administrator may review and approve comments before they are posted to the thread. Any comment may be edited for things like grammar errors here as well.
