An alphabetical directory that displays a list of all users in the system will be built into the intranet. Search will be available to find an employee based on name or department. Users will have a complete profile associated with their account. The profile can be managed by the corresponding users and will be accessible from multiple locations of the intranet, including the user directory.

Help members connect through a variety of criteria, including, department and email. Tools like this provide easy access to all employees in the organization, leading to higher productivity.
Each profile may be managed by its corresponding user. This allows you to have staff update their own profiles when credentials, job titles, or other details change.
Through the directory, anyone can send an email through SiteViz. Check the required recipients and select Email at the bottom of the page to move to the next step, composing the email
In sending an email through this module, the following settings may be specified: sender email, sender name, reply-to email, cc email, subject, and message. Upon submission, the bulk email will be distributed accordingly.
