Manage an unlimited number of reservation resources and receive notifications as reservation requests are submitted. This reservation calendar can streamline your coordination efforts. It can be used for conference rooms, equipment, vehicles, etc.
Resources, such as conference rooms or equipment, are displayed in a color-coded calendar so users may quickly see where reservations have already been made.
Looking for a particular resource? Use the filter dropdown for a more focused view. Color assignments are fully customizable and selected by the admin during setup.
Intranet members can reserve a resource directly from the website through a simple form. Upon submission, the admin will receive an email notification from SiteViz, allowing them to provide prompt approval.
Managing Reservation Resources
When adding a resource, the administrator may specify the name, add a preferred abbreviation for the calendar, enter a description, and set the contact email for approval notification. An unlimited number of resources may be added.
Once an event has been scheduled using a resource, like a room or equipment, the admin will need to review and approve the request. Unapproved requests are listed above the calendar view for optimal schedule visibility.
Plans change. SiteViz makes it simple to update reservations. Just double-click on a calendar block to edit any details like date, time, and resource. If editing a recurring item, you will be able to select whether the change applies to all future instances.
