Task Request System - Tickets
A ticket support system allows your staff to request assistance (from the IT department for example). Tickets can be assigned by a manager to other staff and communication can occur within the tickets. A workflow system keeps track of the status of tickets.
Reliable Ticketing System
From the dashboard of your intranet, display any tickets requiring action. Only tickets pertinent to the user are displayed here. In the header, there are ticket notifications, making them easily visible and accessible to the user.
Any user with permission can create a ticket through the intranet. They will enter a ticket’s details and relevant files along with its name, importance, due date, and department assignment in order to send the task to the correct person for the job.
New tickets are sent to the department’s manager(s) for delegation. By selecting a delegate, a manager may assign the task to any of their team members by using the dropdown. SiteViz will notify the selected team member(s) of a new task, so you don’t need to.
Tickets are noted as assigned when the manager has delegated the task, but the task’s owner has not begun working on it yet. When work begins, the ticket status will change to in progress.
In progress, tickets are displayed with all original details and files. Tickets also allow for internal correspondence. To notify the ticket creator of any correspondence, simply hit the checkmark below the message.
Keeping Up with the To-Do List
At any time, the ticket page, along with all notes and correspondence, may be printed to a pdf using the icon in the top right in order to save for your records.
As a manager, you may generate reports for either stalled or unclaimed tickets. Take quick action and send a reminder on a stalled ticket or delegate an unassigned ticket through the quick access button directly on the chart.
All tickets in your department will be displayed in the list. Use the robust filter to sort tickets by assignment, requestor, due date, importance, status, and more. Tickets in the list with comments that you have not reviewed display notifications. You’ll always be fully informed!
