When adding a new mailing list, you only need to create a title and select the related website. This feature allows you to quickly create a variety of different mailing lists. From there, you can add subscribers and start sending mass e-mails.
Start a new message as easily as you would write an email. Use smart fields in the content to make the message feel more personal. One example of smart fields is the personalized naming field. SiteViz will dynamically use each subscriber’s first name in the email when you input %FirstName%. Smart fields help keep your email communications from looking like generic mass emails, increasing the odds customers will open them.
When sending a message with similar details to an older message, simply duplicate the old message. This will create a new message with the same details, so you do not need to do any rework. All you have to do is make small tweaks and hit send!
Do not stress about logging on at a particular time to send out an update. Once you have created the message, schedule a specific time for it to be sent. This feature is ideal for holidays, sales, and other planned events, saving you time when you need it most.
