Time To Prepare The Guestlist
Specify the date, time, and location of the event to begin gathering attendee registrations directly from the website.
To prevent an event from being overbooked, you may set a limit to the number of available submissions. You will not need to monitor the guest list count with SiteViz.
Set a start and end date with the calendar picker to determine when registration will be open. Once closed, the form will automatically be disabled, preventing any late registrants.
Through SiteViz, you may directly email the attendee list, print mailing labels with guest information, and print nametags for quick preparation of materials.

Managing The Registrations
Input the information you will need to gather from the guests. Add open-ended questions, provide options in a radio button format, and more. The registrant responses will be saved to their submission and included if the list is exported to Excel.
As soon as registration has been submitted, a notification email will be sent to the assigned manager. All attendees are visible from the event’s details.
Collecting payments through the website lets you focus more on preparing for the event than keeping the attendee payments accounted for. Choose from MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover as allowed payment methods, and the users will pay through the steps of the registration form.
Where applicable, the main attendee and their guests may have separate attendance fees. These amounts can be listed in the admin, allowing SiteViz to automatically calculate the total price at the time of payment.
