The challenge
Hermes Airports is the operator of the Larnaka and Pafos International Airports of Cyprus. Hermes came to Global Reach with the need to design a fully responsive, multilingual, GDPR and WCAG-compliant website that would improve the informational and functional needs of both travelers and business partners. The project's scope also included the development of a partner intranet that would allow Hermes to share specialized and personalized information (documents, graphical reports, and news) with airlines and tourist agencies.
The solution
Utilizing SiteViz, Global Reach successfully met all of Hermes' goals by designing a multilingual, responsive, GDPR and WCAG-compliant website. The website's design emphasizes Hermes’ services and focuses on travelers’ experiences by offering information on Cyprus tours, events, and more. Global Reach also developed a partner intranet which includes an innovative set of tools to allow Hermes’ administrative staff to create reports and graphs on the fly, upload documents, post news, and share items with specific or all partners. This solution allows each partner to experience a unique and personalized service from Hermes.
