User Management and Permissions

Authorized administrators who have access to the Membership features of SiteViz can create an Attorneys User Group that can be associated with any new user account of an attorney that gets added to the system.

Since Attorneys are treated like any other system user, administrators also have the option to assign unique permissions to the group they belong to give them access to certain other functions or areas of the website, such as an employee Intranet.

Easily identify all the user profiles assigned to an Attorney Group or search for any other user already added to the system so that you can assign them to the Attorney Group.

Create your own unique attorney profile view using a wide variety of data input fields ranging from plain text fields to date fields to file upload fields, so that you can capture any information you like when an attorney’s profile is entered into the system. Such information can be anything such as their Education, Court Admissions, Representative Projects, Memberships, Publications, or the date they passed their Bar Exam.
