Member Profiles
Member profiles and membership status can be reviewed directly from their admin profile. Payments made by each member are tracked and maintained for quick, easy access. SiteViz automatically maintains a log of all correspondence made through the Members module. These messages, whether automated or sent by an administrator, are visible on an individual level.
All the information you need
From the admin of the site, a member’s profile displays joining dates and details, organizational association, and contact information. If needed, the member’s username and password can be changed here as well.
Membership status can be reviewed directly from the member’s admin profile. It lists the membership level and expiration date with the option of extending the membership if ever needed. Internal notes may also be saved in this section.
Settings are easily updated to hide a profile from the directory listing or to turn off email notifications.
Each member may have multiple addresses or contacts associated with their account. List as many as necessary and denote them as business, billing, physical, or other for organizational purposes.
