Organization & Chapter Management

Once an organization/chapter has been added to the membership portfolio, the members of that group may be added and maintained by the individuals themselves or by the organization’s or chapter's leadership. These settings are easily changed with dropdown fields in SiteViz.

If members are added by the organization/chapter, you may choose whether they are required to activate their accounts. If required, a link will be provided to each member via email for activation.

Each member may update their own profile information. Some administrators prefer to receive notification of these updates to ensure they are always up to date on changes within their membership.

It is common for organizations to handle billing processes in different ways. Each organization may have personalized payment methods that will only apply to it and the members associated with it.

Generate notifications specific to each organization and its associated members at joining confirmation, expiration of membership, and renewal reminders at 30 days, 15 days, and 1 day before expiration.
